Carole has more than 30 years of business experience, including nearly 15 years as president of Commercial Maintenance. In this role, she is responsible for the overall growth, direction and development of the company.

Anthony P. Smith, Vice President

With over 25 years of business experience, Tony has more than 10 years of experience with Commercial Maintenance, where he is responsible for customer acquisition, development and retention. Additionally, he directs the company’s marketing and corporate strategy to ensure continued growth in the industry.

Thomas O. Smith, Director of Operations

With more than 30 years of business experience, Thomas is responsible for the company’s day-to-day operations and equipment.

Patrick F. Smith, Account Manager

Patrick has more than 20 years of business experience, including eight years with Commercial Maintenance, Inc. He utilizes his experience to aid him with his daily responsibilities of account service and new client acquisition.
