History

Commercial Maintenance Inc. was established in 1991 as Ross Kelly Cleaning. Under the leadership of Carole May, the company incorporated as Commercial Maintenance Inc. in 1994. That same year, Commercial Maintenance expanded by purchasing the Smith / Douglas Janitorial Company, which was established in 1958.

Commercial Maintenance is a State of Michigan Corporation certified as a Woman Business Enterprise by the City of Detroit and the California Public Utilities Commission. The company is not affiliated with unions or other organizations.
